The service is available to anyone living and / or working in South Tyneside.


How to access the service

Please contact the service directly.

Appointments are mainly conducted via telephone but can be face to face or via video call if required. Face to face appointments can be arranged at the South Shields office or in your own home.

Please bring any documents that may help staff advise you e.g. current energy bills, income and expenditure, existing debts and account information.
