Overview

Washington Mind are an independent charity providing locally based mental health services. 

They are a voluntary organisation with a small team of professionals; qualified and student counsellors, independent mental health advocates and group facilitators, all working within the process of recovery.

Washington Mind has recently published a 2nd version of the Sunderland Wellbeing Guide, which was designed to give advice and information about how to keep your mind and body healthy and where to find help if you have a problem. A guide is now available for South Tyneside.
