The purpose of this report is to inform the Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) and evidence policies on appropriate and achievable densities in the emerging Local Plan.

It should be read in conjunction with the Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (2022) and the Green Belt Review.
