The landowners submitted more evidence and information in opposition to the DMMO application.
29 March 2023
Our consultant submitted their report. It considered all the evidence and information that had been provided.
The report said that the Council should make a DMMO.
27 October 2023
In response to our consultant's report, the landowners and objectors submitted another report with new evidence and information.
26 January 2024
Our consultant then prepared another report which considered this new evidence. This report was submitted to the Council on 26 January.
The report accepted that this new evidence changed the outcome of the first report.
It recommended that the Council should refuse the DMMO application.
The application will be sent to the planning committee for consideration.
The final decision will be made as soon as possible.
