Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ will be submitting an application for the second round of the Health Determinants Research Collaboration (HDRC) Award of £5m from the National institute of Health and Care Research (NIHR) to fund a research infrastructure.
This will enable the Council to carry out research in the local community and provide evidence which can be used to make a difference to the lives, health and wellbeing of people living and working in South Tyneside.
