What they offer
The Employment and Skills Navigators work in community venues, helping residents start their journey back to work.
The service includes:
- 1-2-1 support
- Career action planning
- Better off in work calculations
- Job coaching
- Interview preparation
- Employer engagement and job placement
- Post employment support
The Navigators also work with other support providers in South Tyneside to deliver employability support to their customers.
