About this publication
The purpose of this document is to provide the framework for highway asset management in South Tyneside.
The Highway Asset Management Framework (HAMF) document includes all activities and processes that are necessary to develop, document, implement and continually improve asset management.
It will be used to plan and deliver the best outcomes within the resources available.
