About this publication
This Highway Maintenance Plan (HMP) details the maintenance procedures for day to day management and delivery of the highway maintenance service.
It forms part of the suite of documents used by the Council to manage its highways assets. It is supplementary to the Highway Asset Management Framework (HAMF) and the Highway Asset Management Plan (HAMP)
