South Tyneside College offer a huge range of vocational courses and apprenticeships, to help you with your future.


What is on offer

The vocational course areas include:

  • creative media
  • forensic science

With strong employer links, you'll be exposed to the workplace and develop an understanding of the skills employers are looking for when recruiting.

English and maths qualifications are important for your CV. GCSE maths and English, or a recognised functional qualification, is included with every course and programme offered.

South Tyneside College have a range of foundation programmes for students with a range of learning difficulties from mild / moderate to severe and including students with autistic traits.

Once you have found the course you would like to apply for on  website, click "Apply Online".

Depending on the course you've applied for, the Student Services Team may arrange an informal telephone interview with the course tutor.

Any interviews will be very informal and are an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the course.
