Premises supervisor
The designated premises supervisor must be specified in the premises licence.
This is so there is a responsible person who can be identified at the premises.
The designated premises supervisor should be the person who has responsibility for the day-to-day running of the premises.
Alcohol sales must not take place when there is no designated premises supervisor or where he / she does not have a personal licence.
The designated premises supervisor will need to apply to the Council to make an application.
