Purpose of the report
To see the approval of Cabinet to enter into a formal Partnership Agreement with Nexus to enable the delivery of a new integrated transport interchange as part of the South Shields 365 town centre regeneration.

The report is exempt, and the meeting will not be open to the public for the following reasons;
- It contains "exempt" information which falls within paragraph 3 of part 1 of schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972
- It has been determined that the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information because the report contains information about the business and financial affairs of the Council and Nexus.
