Purpose of the report
To sign a partnership agreement with Nexus and Muse Developments to enable the development of a new integrated transport interchange as part of South Shields 365.

The report is exempt, and the meeting will not be open to the public for the following reasons;
- It contains "exempt" information which falls within paragraph 3 of part 1 of schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972
- It has been determined that the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information because the report contains information about the business and financial affairs of the Council, Muse Developments and Nexus.
